Definitions
Article 1
Dominio.si Services include all services marketed under this brand name and are defined in detail on the website
www.dominio.si especially:
- registration and administration of .si domains and
- technical support for customers.
(hereinafter Services)
The Service provider Dominio.si is a company Domovanje d.o.o., Bistrica 35, 4290 Trzic, Slovenia, Europe and its contracting parties and external partners. Domovanje d.o.o. Company is a taxable company with ID number for VAT SI49449389, registration number 5705509 and account number IBAN SI56 0510 0801 1995 012, SWIFT (BIC) code ABANSI2X.
(hereinafter Service Provider)
Dominio.si client is any legal entity or private individual who has ordered services by Dominio.si through webpage www.dominio.si.
(hereinafter Subscriber).
Dominio.si services user is any legal entity or private individual who uses Dominio.si services.
(hereinafter User)
Dominio.si customer is any Subscriber or User of Dominio.si services. (hereinafter Customer)
General provisions
Article 2
Dominio.si services are defined by the following General conditions concerning the operation and use of Dominio.si services which are binding for all customers (hereinafter General provisions).
General conditions, together with the performed order of services via webpage Dominio.si, have the same characteristics of the contract concluded between the Service Provider and Subscriber. In case the Service Provider and Subscriber conclude a contract in writing, particular provisions of this contract have priority over the General conditions.
For all provisions which are not regulated with these General conditions, it is logical to follow provisions in the Code of Obligations, Electronic Commerce and Signature Act and Consumer Protection Act.
Article 3
The Service Provider and Subscriber undertake to act due diligence. Their statements shall be interpreted in good faith. The Service Provider and Subscriber settle the disputes by common consent. If such is not the case, the disputes are settled by the competent court in Kranj according to Slovene law.
All rights and obligations proceeding from General conditions and orders of Services apply to all legal successors of the Service Provider and Subscriber without limits.
Article 4
The Service Provider reserves the right to change the provisions of General conditions any time and without prior notice to Customers in order to ensure accordance with existing legislation and internal business acts. Announcement of the changed date on the webpage www.dominio.si is the valid date. If the Customer does not object 15 days after the announced changes, it is considered that the Customer agrees with the changes.
Prices and commercial conditions
Article 5
All prices on the webpages are in euros (€) and consist of statutory VAT unless otherwise determined.
Article 6
Dominio.si Services subscription is charged for the current accounting period according to each time valid price list. The price list is always available on the webpage of Dominio.si and may change for the next accounting period without prior notice. The valid date of change is the one announced on the webpage.
Article 7
The Subscriber undertakes to pay for the services to the Service Provider within 8 days of the invoice issue. In case of non-payment after 20 days the Service Provider has the right to cancel all Services to the Subscriber after notifying him.
Duration and termination of the order contract
Article 8
At service ordering Service Provider sends Subscriber an offer to the Subscriber’s e-mail address. The contract is regarded as concluded on the day of payment by Subscriber via payment systems 2CheckOut or PayPal or via the account IBAN SI56 0510 0801 1995 012 of the company Domovanje d.o.o., Bistrica 35, 4290 Trzic, Slovenija.
Article 9
Contracting parties may at any time terminate the contract without any notice period with a written notice if one of the parties seriously violates the provisions of this contract.
Article 10
The Subscriber undertakes to settle all accounts by the date of contract termination and according to the contract. If the Subscriber decides for an early contract termination in case of prepayment, the Subscriber is not entitled to a refund of prepaid amount except in case of serious violation of contract obligations by the Service Provider.
Article 11
Since dominio.si is offering non-tangible irrevocable goods (domain registrations) we do not issue refunds after the domain is registered, which you are responsible for understanding upon purchasing any domain at our site. Please make sure that you understand and know which domain(s) you are purchasing before placing the order.
However, we realize that exceptional circumstance can take place with regard to the character of the product we supply.
Therefore, we DO honor requests for the refund on the following reasons:
- Non-delivery of the product due to the domain already being registered by another individual thus making it impossible for us to register the domain. Refunds once approved will be issued within 15 days.
- Customer (only private individual) may withdraw from .si domain registration in the period of 14 days after registration but only if the domain was not activated in the meantime while entry of DNS servers in the system for registration means activating the domain. Customer must inform Service Provider about the subscription cancellation by telephone or e-mail. Service Provider shall institute proceedings for domain cancellation and return already paid means for the domain on the Customer's personal account in case of successful deletion within 15 days.
Competition and data protection
Article 12
Service Provider and Subscriber undertake to protect all data acquired during their business cooperation as a professional secrecy for the whole period of cooperation and to protect all acquired data during cooperation for at least three (3) years after the validity of matters relating to the contract expires.
Technical support for customers
Article 13
Technical support is available for the Customers on working days between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. CET which is carried out via e-mail

Service Provider is obliged to consider only the claims for support which were handed in via webpages Dominio.si or sent to
support@dominio.si from the Subscriber's contact e-mail stated at the service subscription (hereinafter Subscriber's e-mail).
Article 14
By a completed order of services the Subscriber allows the Service Provider to send information, notices and questionnaires directly connected to Dominio.si services to e-mail address of Subscriber for the whole period of contract duration.
Client's rights and obligations
Article 15
If change of data, stated by Subscriber when subscribing to services, occurs, Subscriber must inform Service Provider about changes in writing within 14 days after the change started.
Article 16
Subscriber is responsible for secrecy, protection and use of accessible passwords and user names for accessing the services him/herself or for his/her Users. Subscriber is responsible for content of services offered, for protection of classified data and for respect of general moral and ethical norms. Subscriber must follow the existing legislation concerning publication and offering information, repair and services and is responsible for all consequences of allowed and prohibited use of ordered services for him/herself and for his/her Users.
Domain registration
Article 17
It is impossible to change the name of a domain after payment and registration in the leased period.
Registration services of .si domains operated by Service Provider (registrar of .si domains) are subject to regulations and procedures determined by public institute Arnes (register .si domains). That is why Service Provider reserves the right to change services and General conditions without prior notice. Regulations and conditions with which you agree when subscribing to .si domains are:
Protection of personal data
Article 18
Subscriber agrees that Service Provider collects and processes Subscriber's personal data for the purpose of operations.
In case of international domain subscription Subscriber agrees that in accordance with regulations on domain registration Subscriber's data are forwarded to the international registrar and made available in the WHOIS database.
Service Provider provides easy access to Subscriber's data and arranging them through the user pages.
Service Provider shall keep the data for the period established by law.
